The two crooks for American Dream Vinyl, Doug and Kevin, who are ripping off many customers with bogus forged contracts then demanding to their cutomers to pay them "more money" after the fact was more than enough reason for me to quit their joke of a business. For example, on one job they took this elderly couple to small claims court but the couple foiled their corrupt plans. The couple hired a laywer and private investigator who found the "dirty laundry" on the "nightmare" vinyl shop. What was found was that these bozos actually forged the couples names on a bogus contract and "added things" on that contract the people never agreed to pay for and things that were not even installed. The couple refused to pay the "extra" $3,000.00 and then these crooks took them to small claims court as they have done to many others. It's a pattern with these guys, and I quit because I will not work for unprofessional crooks like them! I sort of wish I would have found them out sooner and quit sooner, but in this case working longer is better because I have "more information" to testify against them in court. If all that isn't bad enough, even the small town hick Magistrate Maggs who is a drinking buddy with these two criminals helps them get away with this crap. Maggs "always" rules in their favor! It is an understatement to say this Magistrate is "on the take", plus the American Dream (of a nightmare) Vinyl shop is basically right next door to their bedfellow Magistrate's office. I helped that nice elderly couple in their appeal to a "real Judge" and thankfully they won their case! More good news is that other customers are filing appeals and law suits, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and are working hard on a petition to have Maggs removed. The word is getting out! I've heard that these good folks who were ripped off want to literally run all three of these crooks out of town, and I have no doubt they will do it.
I worked hard for these two jerks, and the more I saw the more I didnt like. The bright side is I saw enough to help their customers to hopefully help put these scum bags behind bars, not to mention "boot out" a corrupt District Magistrate. So the bright side in all of this is even when it seems like a job really is bad, good things can come out of it like stopping bad people from hurting good people. Ironically, Jesus was a carpenter too just as I am, and I know that praying for justice and asking for God's help comes in handy on my tool belt, and I'm hopeful and glad "true justice" is coming for the small town of Mill Hall Pennsylvania!
