I started this job in a call center that does background checks with 3 other women and one by one in a 3 week period they all quit. I now see why. This company only hires from temp agencies because of the constant high turnover. The people that work there are grumpy unfriendly and some downright ignorant.
Tonight I was left taking calls (a ton of them were holding) it was just me and one other bitch that had been there a while and is a real arrogant, immature smart ass type. Right before the end of the shift this girl accuses me of not taking enough calls, leaving her to do all the work. I told that bitch if she has a problem with me not busting my ass to take it to the manager. What nerve she had to say that to my face.
First of all, I am new so I may be as fast as the others besides I'm not terribly motivated as the pay is not that great, and as a result of that, they are always losing people. So just 2 of us are to take calls when everyone else goes home because 2 other people decided to take week long vacations. At this "point" I am making the "choice" to find another job asap and join the ranks of the others who got pissed off and quit.
