Keating of Chicago

If ever you make the mistake of applying for work at Keating of Chicago you need to read this. This is first hand knowledge from an insider:

1. You will be lied to from the interview on. Straight from the top owner. She will lie direct and even her kids that work there because no one else will hire or retain them.

2. You will be affiliating with a company that has some serious equipment issues. On the fryer side their "pots" are leaking because of bad welds around the burner tubes. This is a big time problem that can be seen on a "pot matrix" that lists each and every pot that has failed for years and years.

On the griddle side there is a serious problem with the griddle plate not sealing with the perimeter stainless steel. Liquid grease and cooking fluids get in the crevices, solidify and then enlarge the seam the way water turning to ice does in cold temperatures.

3. Turnover is incredible. Just about everyone who works in the office knows that the front door is a revolving one. Ofcourse, this is always the hired persons fault. From day one you will be peppered with names and stories of past employees who did the company wrong. Within your first few weeks, management conduct will show you in various ways how you will be next. Those comments and your intuition are not wrong - the ownership has unrealistic expectations and it won't be long before the target is on your back. Keep your resume out there!!! And on top of all that, "JB" will help pin the target on your back by smiling to you and then selling you down the river to the owner and her kids. He will incite the owner's son easily as he is far removed from the pulse of the company and is quick to draw conclusions. You ever waive a dog biscuit in front of a dogs face, see how it follows your every move? You get the idea. JB gains job security by jeopardizing yours. And the best part about it, the ownership is blind to see this.

Bottom line, stay away unless you are one of these idealistic, I can save the world types. Again, just the facts. See the truth and the truth will set you free.

Nothing above is harsh or unfair, just the objective truth.

Can't agree more.
Applicant Beware! Consumer Beware!

I hope you read this first.

Wow...The first poster hit the nail on the head...The owner will tell you all the things you want to hear during the interview process. They will all be lies.
I interviewed with the owner and her two kids, they all seemed very nice and I was very excited about getting hired as the new Service Manager. Once I started I realized I was hired not as the Service Manager, but as a customer Service rep.
Only after I started did I realize the turnover is insane! In the six weeks I worked there I saw five people get fired or quit. The most tenured person has less than 1 1/2 years with the company. The owner manages by intimidation and berating the employees every day. One day in front of the whole office staff I got yelled at for using a highliter I brought from home for my personel notes...Why? Because highliters and markers are forbidden in the office. Want to email a client information or product spec...NOPE..No emails allowed only faxes or phone calls.
This is the first company I have worked for where no one talks out of fear of getting fired. Please don't make the same mistake I made. Stay away from Keating of Chicago! Nothing good can happen. I feel sorry for anyone that works there or has dealings with these people...Please don't make the same mistake I and others have made....Stay away!!!!

Wow ! I am so happy that someone else has found this again!
This last post has really nailed it. I too had gotten yelled at for just having a highlighter in my personal desk drawer! (which was obviously gone into after hours and confiscated) I also was screamed at daily about various changing details of procedures, not trained on or informed about, and everything listed here by two young women like high school girls. This was not only a practice to the workers but to unsuspecting customers with legitimate issues about the faulty product. If I was to give advice to anyone who was remotely thinking they want to give it a go is to record everyday with a $30 digital voice recorder for filing a grievance with the state.I also urge anyone thinking of purchasing the product to question them daily call anonymously and see how you are treated when you say there may be an issue you want resolved. Ask to speak directly to the owners.
You will hear the change of tone either in person or in background as that is how loud they yell and scream. It's a really bad dysfunctional situation.

irish council (02/07/2009)
wow nice to hear that the family business treats thier employees with such high regard

Corporate Ladder Rung: MailroomYikes (03/31/2009)
During my employment I could not handle the screaming and yelling between the family members. I have never heard people talk like that especially in the work place. The daughter goes around speaking in this weird baby talk half the day and the other half she is playing fetch with her dog! If she has enough time in her "busy" day she whispering loud enough to her mother about fellow employees and how they have done her wrong! She has nothing to do but complain about EVERYTHING! She whines and whines all day long. How can anyone get anything done in such a disruptive office. The poor mother works her butt off all day while listening to her daughter who must be in her late thirties complain!

Corporate Ladder Rung: Mailroomouttathere (04/16/2009)
i never worked for such a F'd up place before. the one about the daughter is a hundred percent right. then there is the son who yells and swears at his mom dad sister and anyone who gets in his way all day every day he must have a small one. hard to believe a family act this way all the time. the service 'manager' if thats what you call her is a royal beyotch. she need some pillz or somethin. worst service ever. f'n rude to every one all the time. people hate her. the mom love to make the workers feel like crap no aprecation. every one is so beat down im surprise they still show up. they should quit like i did. the turn over there is rediculus.

MexTech (06/06/2009)
Man this has had to be the worst place I have ever worked. Talk about total lack of professionalism. We were almost taught to be rude to customers. I feel really bad for alot of the service techs out there doing the warranty work for Keating. They have to wait months to get paid and alot of the times they done. Seems to me that they are always looking for a way not to pay, saying parts tested good that were clearly defective. No respect for the techs. Thats why Keating has to switch alot of times companies in cities because the service company usually gets screwed in some way or another. They hire people that really have no technical experience, which would be fine if they got trained properly, and then get mad if there tech knowledge is not up to speed in a week. I saw 11 people get fired in the six months I was there. No respect for the employees. It usually gets to a point where they make a hostile enviroment for you to work in, in hopes you quit. THATS VERY ILLEGAL AND THEY CAN GET SUED FOR IT IF YOU HAVE PROPER DOCUMENTATION. They made me sign three write up in march back dated from January and Febuary. The son wanted me out so he needed documentation,so I got three write ups in a row, again back dated. My Aunt who is an attorney said i could have filed a lawsuit for hostile enviroment. I didnt care for that. Let them sink there own company. I am out of there and happy! I didn need to take that from them...NO ONE DOES...THERE SO IGNORANT WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION ON WHAT THEY DO THEY CAN GET SCREWED...BEWARE PEOPLE....

SP2006 (06/19/2009)
I'm glad I found this website. I worked for Keating for over 7 years (the worst years of my life) and I escaped 3 years ago (to a new wonderful family owned company). Everything that I have read is true except the comments about JB. I worked in the accounting department for JB and he was always honest with the drama in this family. If he felt your position was in jeopardy he would talk to you about finding a new job. I'm sure the people complaining about him worked in the customer service department because that wasn't his department and he couldn't really get involved with those employees. The man has every right to keep his own job. Is he supposed to sacrafice his job for the many strangers coming and going? He was fighting a losing battle. As you have all commented the place is a revolving door. I was never in management but I did have to hold my tongue when other people were in trouble no matter how badly I felt for them because at that time I needed the job. I do highly recommend never to accept even an interview at this company because they are the rudest family (only the blood relatives) I have ever met in my entire life. If you want to accept a position here I highly recommend that you only do so if you do not have children, because if you choose your children before your job you will be treated like dirt. I was a good employee (as I said I was there 7 years and left on my own terms) but when I had my son after I had been there 2 years the attitude towards me changed because I had to put my son 1st. I heard comments like "Boy I wish I had a kid so I could have an excuse to call in all the time" per EAM and countless other comments about being a mother. As for the the daughter and her dog. I was there when she got that dog and a girl in customer service had to quit because she was allergic and they didn't have enough respect to leave the dog at home LIKE EVERY OTHER WORKING AMERICAN HAS TO DO WITH THEIR CHILDREN AND PETS. I understand the frustration just as well as all of you but remember that the people who made you miserable were the owners not the other employees. They just wanted to insure they had a job until they could find somewhere else to go too. I also hated the way they treated their customers. They weren't always rude on the phone, but boy when they hung up that phone they were downright vicious about the customers.

Corporate Ladder Rung: Mailroomfixit (06/26/2009)
There is 8 comments (now 9) on one company, all negative. I should have checked here before taking a job with them. I work as a repair tech for HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment. I have taken a few jobs with this company through a larger service company (meaning if they don't get paid I don't get paid) and they have screwed me over every time. I guess after the first time it was my fault (fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me). I was called an idiot on more than one occasion by customer service, and then had the phone hung up on me. I went through the procedures that the service department prescribed and replaced parts and sent them in, with promises of being reimbursed for the parts i sent in, not only did they tell me the parts worked fine, even though the equipment miraculously was fixed after replacing the parts, but they refused to pay me for the visit, which they requested.
Their equipment is quality equipment, i hear nothing but good things from the customers. But the owners of this company must be under the guise that this means their equipment doesn't have its own set of problems. The minute you diagnose the problem, they start accusing you, the service tech, of being the problem. I know alot of service companies that are refusing to do service for them, simply because they don't pay their bills, let alone the complete disrespect you receive when calling them up.
I was really excited to work on this equipment. I have serviced equipment from other companies, and i can say with all honesty, that Keating of Chicago's equipment is worth the money if you can afford it. But i do truly feel for the customers, most of the service companies left that will service their equipment are low rate hack jobs. And to any of the service companies out there - How many times will you let this company shaft you on your pay before you refuse to do work for them?
Get your act together Keating, we are in an age when service is what truly distinguishes you from your competitors. A small family owned, American company should not be treating its service companies in this way. We want to support you over competitors that ship their manufacturing overseas.
I believe i have been honest in my assessment of this company. I have entered my complaints, but also included some good points, because a company can not be ALL bad. There are most likely workers for this company that are very proud of the work they do and the equipment they produce. But from my experience this company has left a BAD taste in my mouth, and from talking with other techs around the country this is a shared opinion.

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER KEATING OF CHICAGO, TIME TO PUT ON YOUR BIG BOY PANTS!

gladtobegone (08/18/2009)
Yes!!! I am so....Glad to be gone. All the other comments are so true. I have never worked for such terrible people they are a family (the owners) of misfits. The way they treat there employees, customers, Service people, and each other is sad. I am glad they treat the dogs well. The son and daughter and there Mom will ruin the business. Everyone is wrong except them.
Let a customer complain looking for a credit or service tech about getting a credit or payment on services they performed, good luck.

I hated it just being there a few weeks, the employee's are all on edge, the Keating family belittles all there employees, the Keating Family is so unhappy that they want to make everyone else that way. And The person in charge of Customer service what a joke, she and EAM are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. They do not know the meaning of Customer Service or Have any management skills what so ever. There is so much wrong with that place then there is right. I know jobs are hard to fine now but stay away it not worth it..

potential buyer (12/03/2009)
I was just doing research on the griddle and I stumbled onto this site. I got a quote from the Keating company today and when I asked them to e-mail me the quote I was told "Sorry I can't E-Mail the quote I can only fax it and mail you a hard copy." I fould that hard to believe but now I see maybe it's a company run by nuts.

I don't know if I love this griddle yet because I am having a demo cook-off next week with this griddle and the Accu-Steam.

I thought this forum might have been sour grapes but I know when I asked the people who I normally buy my equipment from about Keating they could not have been less happy to talk about the company and maybe this crap has come full circle. I hope I like the Accu-Steam griddle better then it makes my decision easier.

Jojomo (12/07/2009)
Wow. Keating was the worst place I had ever worked. The only good that came out of that place is my husband who've I now been married to for 10 years. I quit that place after only 3 months. I too was excited about working for a place that was family owned and run by a woman blah blah blah. What a nightmare. E.K.'s voice when she yelled was annoying. It was more like a high pitched screach! She attempted to treat me like dirt because i was only a receptionist but I gave it to her right back. She then tried to make my time miserable by overloading me with projects. Ha. I didn't do them. Fortunately I didn't have the pleasure of meeting her son, but I met ... Wooley her daughter. Who has a personalised license plate with her pet name on it?? Eliza's daughter that's who. What doea wooley mean?? That baby talk was accurate. She did that back then as well. i guess people don't grow up. Sounds like nothing has changed. Keating was an aweful place to work. The owners are disrespectful and degrading. Not a company that should stiil be around.

IGD (05/21/2010)
I really wish I had found this site before I took a job at Keating of Chicago. This was absolutely the worst atmosphere and most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked. On top of that—none of the employees talk to each other. No talking, ever.

On my first day I was told it was a one staple company—meaning if I ever find more than one staple in a document I was to pull them out and re-staple it with just one. I should have known then that something was very, wrong. I thought it was some sort of genetic family strain of OCD, but it turns out that the family has huge control and anger management issues bordering on just being nuts!

From the snarling and yelling between the family members that spill over to the employees—to the constant baby talk by the obnoxious daughter it was all bad every day.

Keating of Chicago is a very dishonest family owned company. They are doing many disturbing and dishonest things—most of them to their employees.

Stay away—don’t ever take a job at Keating of Chicago.

DD1 (05/24/2010)
In my 30 year career, Keating is the worst employer I have ever had the misfortune of being associated with. Control freaks, mean, nasty, and petty with very expensive, poorly performing products. Zero marketing effort and hostile customer service. The saddest part is the Keating women think they are smart and aggressive business people. It is shocking how little they know after being in business for so long!

Corporate Ladder Rung: MailroomKarma (06/08/2010)
Its great to see more people find this site and post more awful truths about this company. Another example of shiftiness. Its located in McCook NOT LaGrange. (like they post on job boards or mention heavily while giving directions because of the wishful thinking of its dysfunctional want to be high society owners) Hopefully more major corporations and business owners needing equipment see this and make another choice. Some of them would be furious if they heard the comments from the family and employed friends about race, being suckers with money, and more before and sadly after contracts were signed.
TO CONSUMERS There is better more reliable equipment out there.
To JOB SEEKERS Do NOT work here.
Don't be fooled.

longagoX (10/05/2010)
I worked for KofC over 30 years ago - when the current owner was a mom with a young baby and her dad and older brother ran the company. It's always been a disfunctional family. The company has always been run in a quirky manner. They hired people with no exparience because they could get them cheap. Training was always pretty spotty - you only learned what you tried to find out on your own. Morale was always in the dumper. At least 30 years ago they paid their warranty claime

ex employee (10/31/2010)
I was employed by this compnay for about 1 year. I have been gone for some time now but it has taken me all this time to recover enough to be able to write about what a horrible place this is to work. Here is just a few things that I (and you) will have to live through if you make the terrible decision to work here. 1. You will have no email or internet. You can only fax. Try faxing to Europe of Afghanistan or Dubai. Ususally impossible, you will have to fax over and over and over. When I suggested that they give the customer service department 1 computer with an email account so that we could service the customers better, I was written up for "going behind my manager's back" I refused to sign it. 2. When I signed a fax cover sheet Sincerely and my name, I was written up. They want it to say "Very truly yours" I didn't sign it. 3. The daughter will go around talking in baby talk all day every day, her chin sticking out 6 inches playing with her dog telling the dog to bite you or whoever is unfortunate enough to walk into this place. 4. The dog will poop, pee or throw up in your cubicle and they think it is funny. 5. When customers call and anyone in the office does not want to speak to you they will transfer you "someone who can help you" Those "someones" are Helen Whaite (Hell and Wait) or Riley Bell (the daughter's dog. The person calling has to leave a message. It is just deleted. 6. Customers are consistently called "rocks, idiots, stupid" It is ok at this place to swear at a customer and then hang up on them. Some of these "rocks" include Yankee Stadium, Shark Stadium, Perkins Restaurant. These rocks have spent literally milliions of dollars on equipment. 7. If you are even 1 minute late you will get "points" When these add up to so many you will be suspended. Never mind they keep you just under 15 minutes extra every day. Under 15 minutes they do not have to pay overtime. You will have NO days off for a year. If you are sick you get points, need a 1/2 day=points, need to leave early or come in late = points. 8. You cannot get a service company to go out and do warranty work on their very expensive equipment. No one wants to do it because Keating does not pay their warranty bills. I can't tell you how many service companies laughed, asked if I was kidding, told me they would never again do work for Keating and then hung up on me. 9. If you have a question to ask the owner, and you are standing right in front of her, she will completely ignore you like you are not even there. If you repeat the question she will put her hands over her ears. Believe me this is just 10 things out of so many I could write about. I am not a disgruntled ex employee, just someone that lived through working at Keating of Chicago. I am middle aged and never knew there was companies out there that treat people they way this company does. Do not be fooled if you go for an interview. The whole family needs therapy, as they scream, swear, threaten to put sugar in each others gas tanks and fight all day. You will also end up needing therapy if you chose to work there or purchase there products.

Corporate Ladder Rung: MailroomKarma (11/04/2010)
More perfect examples and descriptions of the owners, management, and a normal work day at Keating. Its unfortunate that many employees and consumers have been subjected to this degrading behavior and not contacted the Better Business Bureau.
They wont dodge that Lawsuit bullet for much longer.

ex-keating (12/24/2010)
Everything everyone has said is true, when I worked there I felt like shooting myself in the head everyday, I was so depressed. First of all, you can't listen to music. The only sound you get to hear is of an outdated OCR printer whose screech is only matched by that of EAM who vacillates between baby talking to her dog and yelling at her parents. The son yelled at his mom for the entire office to hear to "SHOVE IT UP YOUR F*CKING A** YOU LIAR!" my second week of working there! The type of work I had to do had nothing to do with my experience or job description. Try suggesting they do things differently than they have in the past.. you'll be answered with silence. I hope they all learn to manage their anger, cooperate and be more open minded to new ideas, for the sake of their family, employees and their company.
Stay away. Don't take a job here. Not even if you think "I need a job.. any job" No. Not this job.

instant (01/15/2011)
Is it really possible that this company still exists. How many restaurants does their equipment have to burn down before keating gets shut down?

How does a family end up like this? Is it a silver spoon syndrome or an obvious underlying history of incestuous activity? Probably both.

The only redemption for their behavior would be a debilitating stroke and utter financial ruin. Well here's to hoping.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (04/28/2011)
DO NOT TAKE A JOB AT KEATING OF CHICAGO!
99% of what you have read here is dead on. There is no need to remember your coworkers names due to the revolving door in the front. If you are masochistic enough to accept a job at Keating, you'll constantly hear the owners bad mouthing their employees - for all to hear - whether or not the employee is within earshot. Several employees are backstabbers who think they'll gain job security by ratting others out. If you do take a job at Keating of Chicago you will realize your mistake, most likely by the end of your first week.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR WELL BEING, DO NOT TAKE A JOB AT KEATING OF CHICAGO.

Corporate Ladder Rung: AssociatePrinting Fool (05/01/2011)
Wow! I have never heard so many negative comments about one company before. I am not usually a big fan of unions but it only takes a certain percentage of the work force to form one and according to federal law they (the company) has to comply and negotiate. It doesn't even have to be a majority of the work force , something to be looked at and considered. Just because someone is paying you a wage doesn't mean they have the right to treat you any way they wish, turn the tables on them collectively, put them in their place! Someone also ought to email this whole thread to them so they can reflect on their deeds.

Happy May First
International Workers' Day

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (05/04/2011)
Anonymous: Yes, May 1 was May Day or International Workers Day. However, in relation to Keating of Chicago, it would more aptly be used as MAYDAY -- a distress signal, meaning "COME HELP ME". You know, where a person is in grave and imminent danger and requires immediate assistance....

eager to leave (08/14/2011)
I agree with all of these statements. At least while I was there over 10 years ago.

REGRET IT (08/14/2012)
I wish I had seen this site before I agreed to the interview at Keating of Chicago. When I left the meeting I had regrets. When I was offered the job I should have declined, but no since there aren't that many jobs in this area I took it. I received a few days "training" which did not cover half of the job I was expected to do and then I was thrown to the "WOlves"! Second day there I get a nasty call for the owner raking me over the coals for not doing something I was never told I needed to do. From that day on I was a struggle to keep up with the ever increasing work load. Then the nasty faxes started coming - some of them addressed the the plant manager so that he could "straignten me out". How unprofessional. I wanted to quite, but I was brought up that once you make a decision you see it through. I tried - even coming in at 7:46 (not a minute earlier so there would not be an issue with overtime pay) so that I would have time to print reports for the 8:05 meeting (yes the reports took more than 5 minutes to print on the antique printer they have). No matter what I did nothing was right. I never thought I would be happy to be "let go" from a place, but all I could think was "Thank GOd my prayers are anwered" when I was terminated after less than 4 weeks. I guess I didn't meet their "professional" standards. I do feel sorry for the people that work in their Capron plant, they were so nice considering how awful they are treated.

out of that hellish place (08/17/2012)
Do not take a job at this place. Everything on this site is true. The children and that is what they are even though they are 40ish yell whine and bully everyone. They complain about dealing with customers calling then racial slurs and idiots. BUT on a super funny side,,,,if you ever want to see a live HOMER Simpson come to Keating that is whagt the family members call the son. And he does look like him except Homer is better looking and smarter! They say such nasty things about each other behind their backs and you know they say it about you when you leave, The mother and daughter complain all day constantly about the plant because the son can not run it properly. The son is a joke he thinks he is police officer monitoring everyones punches in and out. Seriously??? Get a life loser you are a wanta be police officer that sits n front off the monitors for all the cameras you put in. Get a life or contribute to thecompany you creep!!! He has probably planted one in the womens washroom he is so gross. the screaming and yelling all day is awful. None of the family can take calls from customers even though they are sitting right next to to you. So they yell at you as youare talking to them telling yu what to say to the customer. WIERD!!!!! not to mention spineless and unprofessional. The points thing that is in place is so stupid and makes no sense. But is is Keating Law and Barney Fife (the son) loves making sure you get them. Stay away training is terrible, software is ancient and useless. You will sit in an office with 10 people in silence all day they dont let you converse to each other and there is no music. Stay away stay away!!!!!!

ELIZAHATERSUNITE (09/24/2012)
What a screwed up situation this was. I was only at Keating for a matter of months. From the pretend names (ELIZA JR???HAHAHAHAHAHAH--stupid cow) to the idiocy of the day to day they chose to run a business (run it into the ground would be the truth if it wasn't for the folks really doing the work)-- I only pray that someone with time on their hands will sue the living bejeebees out of this God foresaken family. Maybe we can rally for a STUPIDITY TAX that they would have to pay? RUN AWAY-- DO NOT WORK FOR THESE FOOLS!

Its_all_true (09/27/2012)
Hopefully the cell phone blocker "The Son" (ofabitch) put in feels great up his ass. Yes, the police were informed. Maybe other legal departments will be alerted of the pure crap we have to put up with at this hellish circus. Bunch of hypocrites!

GRATEFUL (10/09/2012)
It is all true!! I had the displeasure of working for this company for 4 weeks before the insensitive and incredibly rude owner called me into the conference room and told me "I'm setting you free today". When I asked her why, she didn't even have the courage to give me a reason, because there was no reason!! Gee, could it be that,as she specifically told me, "We don't have any training program here, the only way to train you is to give you the work to do". Little did she know that she did me a huge favor by firing me. On myfourth day, whe told me that "it's time to kick in your common sense". I have no idea how this company is still in business since the owner and her children have no knowledge of how to run a businness or treat their employees and do nothing but talk badly about every person they speak to on the phone, whether it be a customer, or a vendor, I have never been in such an unprofessional work environment in my life. The owner's favorite words are dude, stupidhead and common sense (which is what she lacks). She does however, know what she is doing when it comes to firing employees before 30 days, so that she doesn't have to be responsible for paying unemployment benefits, Stay away!!! Far, far away from these physcos, Run!!

IDidn'tKnowWhatHitMe (12/07/2012)
"I don't think you're gonna make it"
"I think you and I will be happier"
"I have no further comment"
These words were spoken to me in the Big Conference Room, and as I was being escorted to the fron door on a 98-degree day, it was as if an ALBATROSS had been
lifted from around my neck. Eliza Keating had a very peculiar idea of how a Purchasing Agent should perform at this "one staple company". The default method of communication with vendors was via Fax, even if the vendor had not responded 4-5 times. Emails were frowned upon; I got my email address on my 9th day of employment. The output of continuous paper fropm the Okidata Microline dot matrix printer would regularly feed back into the printer, necessitating the disassembly of the printer, clearing of the gobbled up paper, and reprinting. Alas, the reprinted P.O. would lack the necessary boilerplate language instructing the vendor that the items purchased were for use in commercial cooking equipment, so the P.O. would have to be reprinted again and again.
When she blamed me for ordering the wrong number of releases (and too much quantity per release) of a heater. I refused to take the blame for it, because the P.O. was placed on my 2nd day of employment and she had approved it. That apparently was the straw that broke the came's back.
I am so glad to have Keating of Chicago in my rear view mirror, but feel sorry for the employees that are still there.

mental patients (03/06/2013)
These people are nuts! I worked there years back, I was hired by "JB" who tried to protect employees from the crazies. We were all warned when the son started. He had to come work there because he tried to become a Police Office but he he could not pass the psych exam and he was put on desk duty! He then tried to go to another company and he had such difficulty in the workplace that he was required to take Anger Management classes through his employer!!! This family is a bunch of incompetant idiots. They only have jobs because it is a family run business. The daughter had just started shortly before I was hired as well. It was clear she thought she was running the place. The constant whining from these people is enough to drive anyone insane. They speak poorly of everyone and have nothing positive to say. They are so mean to each other and their employees. I am I lucky left and never looked back. I can not believe I found this website and all off the problems that were going on 8 or 9 years ago are still an issue. Believe what you read here. If you get an offer from this company refuse it!
