In the morning I am seeking your assistance, specifically because you're men. Please dress down tomorrow I need some assistance in the dead file room.

The files are not heavy so it is more the principle of the thing than the actual work. It would be nice if this were a one time occurence, but this is certainly the first time it has been documented quite this well.
