ARRRGG!

At work I'm treated like crap and reprimanded for everything, it was right 5 mins ago, but for some reason it becomes wrong very quickly.
I am called names, insulted and my job is threatened daily.

I have worked for this company for 6 years and I wonder if I am so stupid and incompetent why am I still employed there?

I wonder how did it get so bad, no regulated breaks, no respect and a very bullish approach to the staff.

She really has a personal issue w/me, not sure what it is, but it is surely personal, and Ive become her scapegoat and she will berate me and take advantage of me every chance she gets I have been looking for new employment and I know she will be the type to bad talk me to a new employee, how do I move on and save face?

wage slave (05/12/2010) Get out and take yourself esteem with you. She will find a new scapegoat and this will be his/her problem. Remember your boss is the bully. She is toxic and if she acts like this no one cares what she thinks. You shouldn't have to put up with this to make a living.
