After working for a company for almost three years. I am told that I am making mistakes and put on disciplinary action. Now the supervisor that I had could barely keep up with her work, couldn't keep up with mine and couldn't do one part of my job. She was always trying to micro-manage me which was not needed, due to I had to let her know of her mistakes. so as time goes on, I find out that I have a medical condition and need to take medication and that does not guarantee that my medical condition will improve. I inform my supervisor of this who never informed HR and was dismissed a couple of days later. I knew it was coming due to the supervisor was being too nice. (Oh did I mention we never go along since the day she became my supervisor) I assume that she thought I wanted her job. No thank you. Just wanted to be left alone to do my job and help out my fellow co-workers, which she also had a problem with. But never had a problem when things needed to be filed or dirty work needed to be done, or when we needed to catch up because of the very slow temp that was hired and was scary (couldn't say anything to her without her running to the supervisor, who then ran to me and I had to re-explain what the problem was just for her ( the supervisor) to tell her (the temp) the same thing. (How stupid it that) So in the long run I am glad that I no longer work for them. Now they are suffering and need someone to do what I did. Good Luck, when the supervisor couldn't even train the people correctly on how to do their job and I had to let them know what they weren't doing correctly, and all they could tell me was that was how the supervisor told them to do it. So now they are screwed and I am glad. Sucks to be them. Hope she gets the boot next.
