Our management is into micromanagement mode. Manager have nothing better to do than be critics - focusing on the smallest detail. Every minute is counted - people called up if you are two minutes late clockking in, one minute clocking out. Misspell a word? Cause for a verbal warning! If you are not perfect then you get verbal warnings.
The bosses are either in the room with us or watching us on a camera ... What they are wanting are machines.
One employee states that management are wanting to make life so bad that people (employees) will quit only to be replaced with a low-wage, no-benefit contractor.
