My boss does nothing but sit on facebook. I have no respect for her. I ask for a Saturday off and get put thru the wringer. She comes in when she wants-leaves when she wants-I cover when she wants to get her hair done. She acts condescending when anyone asks questions because no one understands her orders. I try so hard to be a good employee but I am slowly starting to not care because nothing I ever do is right. I ask for a job description because I simply do not understand what it is that is expected of me. I have her great niece and a college freshman working with us. I am constantly undermined when I tell them something. I cannot make any of the product that we do but I can deliver it because those kids can't drive the delivery van??? I am so confused burnt out and tired of her nonsense. I just nod and apologize for all my shortcomings to her highness. Latest is that we need an operations manager because she does not want to deal with the staff. All three of us!! Lol.

Mo (09/30/2012) Man, I feel for ya. There is nothing worse than not having clear expectations. Please don't let this chick get you down. Stand up for yourself. Speak the truth when necessary. No need to get ugly or rude, just state the truth when it is being denied. Jobs are hard to find so I know it is difficult to leave one, but you may want to start looking elsewhere.
